You wish you had the skill to render it in pen and ink, because nothing could be more right than the soft line of her body outlined on a swath of white paper. As it is, your fingers run through the air over the image of Faith before you, and if you squint hard enough it looks like you're touching her. When she stirs, you hide behind the door. Your confidence is growing every day, but you are scared to death of this. You've seen the way Buffy looks at her, the way Faith studiously doesn't look back. Buffy gets that same look on her face when she talks about Angel, what little she does say. It sucks to have to wonder if you like someone because you're made out of a part of your sister.
